Yes! We specialize in custom orders. If you have a custom item request, please contact us and we will put you in contact with one of our artists to discuss the design and creation of a custom item to meet your needs. This can be anything from a small change to one of our already available items, creation of a custom prop you can't find anywhere else, a custom fully themed mask stand for a mask you own, a custom fully themed display or stand for a prop you own, or anything else you can dream of. No matter how big or how small. We can create for all budgets and all needs. From basic to way over the top. Nothing is impossible.

No! Although horror is our passion and where we have made our mark professionally for over 20 years. We are more than happy to create custom items and displays outside of the horror genre. From props and displays for video games and other film genres, to museum quality displays for family heirlooms, or historical artifacts. We can create anything you need. Just contact us!

All items are custom created to order in our shop outside Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The creation period prior to shipping varies based upon current volume and your place in the creation queue. Orders generally take an approx. 2-3 weeks to create and ship. All orders ship with USPS or UPS. If you require an expedited creation and/or guaranteed rush delivery for a specific event or birthday, etc. Please contact us prior to your order to discuss/arrange rushed creation and delivery based upon availability in the creation queue.

If an item arrives damaged due to a flaw in craftsmanship or if an item incurs any damage during the shipping process, we are happy to replace it. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will either send out a replacement or return the item for repair at no cost. Due to our items being custom created to order. We do not accept cancellations after an order is placed. We also do not accept returns other than in the case of creation flaws or shipping damages in which we will replace or repair the item at no cost.

Yes, we ship to all international locations. If your country of delivery is not available at checkout, please contact us as some international locations require manual approval prior to the order being placed. Please note that some items sold by Nightmare Trash may not meet your countries laws for import such as banned weapons items. Please know your countries laws prior to placing your order. Nightmare Trash will ship the purchased items to you after your purchase; however, we are not responsible for knowing your countries laws. We are not responsible for rejected, confiscated, returned or otherwise obstructed delivery on international orders. We will not refund international orders in this case. We are happy to replace your item with an item that meets your countries import laws, however your initial shipping charge will not be credited towards your replacement item, and you will be responsible for all shipping charges required to ship a new replacement item to you. 

We accept all major credit cards, and PayPal for online purchases. Payment plans are available through PayPal Pay Later options at checkout such including pay in 4, as well as options with $0 due today.
